This page will help your child find Canvas support.

By clicking on the Help button, your student can contact their teacher, search support guides, or report a technical problem. The Student Intro to Canvas course provides more information for student support. Click here to access.

If your child is experiencing difficulty with Canvas, please follow these guidelines:

1. I would like to view all the guides for student support.

Click here.

2. My student cannot login.

Please have your child contact a teacher so a technician can help with login issues.

3. My student doesn't see his/her courses.

Click on Courses in the global navigation menu. Click "All Courses" to view all courses. "Star" the courses you want viewable in Dashboard. If courses are not viewable in "All Courses" please have your child contact a teacher so a technician can help with viewing issues.

4. My student needs help submitting an assignment.

5. My student needs help with online discussions.

6. How does my student email his/her teacher?

There are two ways to communicate with the teacher of the course:

1. Click on the "Help" button on the global navigation bar.

2. Click on "Inbox" to message the instructor.
